Can't believe this is such a battle!! I mean, the municipalities here in KZN are bad, and it's frustrating to sort out an issue, but fortunately haven't had one in many years, possibly a decade! Hope you manage to resolve this at some point!

Not sure if a group of flamingos should be a flock. Perhaps a flamboyange of flamingos would be better, right?

We just visited it again last week, camped there for 4 nights. Stunning place! Best bird sighting we had was a flock of flamingos, the Kori Bustard (always majestic), and I enjoyed all the yellowbilled storks
