I'm continuing to shoot still lifes while recovering from surgery. While at the store, I saw the Buddha Hand Citron. I decided to buy a nice looking one (had a lot of fingers) and take a photo 😀.

Based on thoughts from a photographer friend of mine, whose opinion I value, these are alternative versions of yesterday's photos. He said "It needs more back light."
The only difference is the time of day. These are from 3:15 PM versus 5:30 PM for the prior shots.

Art of the recovery.
On Wednesday, I had a little surgery. It went well and I am recovering now. This gives me a chance to play with still life photography and a couple of DxO tools I haven't used before.
Because I can't drive for a few days, the subjects are items in and around my house.
