Yes! That's exactly the problem. I'm tired of seeing stories referring to this or that illegal act, but with zero expectation of enforcement to compel compliance.

I had no trouble trudging the 1/4 mile each way to the community mailboxes. The streets have been plowed and the HOA had the kids out clearing our walkways and front porch. Unfortunately, my quest wasn't totally successful because the mail hasn't been delivered yet.
