I haven't been playing the game but my son has, and I walked in on him watching a YouTube video that talked about how Jeff the Land Shark is the strongest character in the game. "He's my new favorite character," my son told me, so he's getting some Jeff the Land Shark comics for Christmas.

I also read the first issue and hopefully did a good job not spoiling anything in my questions, because there's a lot of fun stuff in the first issue, esp. the last few pages. You'll want to get it the day of release so as to avoid any spoilers!

Did you read the first issue of book 2 yet? I’m so glad we got a second mini.

And now he’s sick again, and we risk having to go to summer school if we miss school today. But hey, maybe they’ll play some good movies in class this summer, so I guess there’s that.

So he went to school early and sat in a classroom and read. Meanwhile in his technology class they were watching Moana and Wall-E the first week we had to make up time. And since STAR tests have ended, the TX state mandated tests, they have done nothing. More movies or “free time” periods.

Let me rant here … all his absences were excused and had doctor notes. He made up all his work. Yet the principal still had to call, apologetically, and tell us he had to have his butt in a seat at school for a certain number of hours.
