They're not turning anything down because they haven't the option to accept something that doesn'texist. Cardiff & scarlets don't own their stadia and the ospreys move into their jointly owned stadia at end of this season. Dragons are the only one who do and yea they've been poor.

Absolutely weirdly forwards aren't awful Duncan has done wonders with scrum would like to see rhys on bench for lock. Backline doesn't work. Wouldn't be surprised to see Murray move to wing if he keeps his place 12 and 15 are biggest concern
