I received a letter today that my insurance provider (out of state) received noticed from the local entity that the provider I see my therapist through stopped being in-network a month ago.

I can’t express how deeply I regret donating to Warnock and Ossoff’s campaigns back in 2020. Not because I wish they’d not won, but because the fucking begging for money from every democrat in existence hasn’t stopped. I’m seriously considering changing my number of over 25 years to make it stop.

The idea that as a journalist you are specifically *not* naming the individuals who are part of a presidential transition team because it is private is utterly astounding.
You are supposed to name the names of a transition team if not public info!

I don't know who needs to know this, but Pro Publica has an online thing that will format a letter to your US health insurance company to demand the records behind a claim denial. (which the insurance is then legally required to provide in most cases)

Took me a bit but I've found the framing to put into words a way to express to the people fretting about the death of the UHC CEO why we just aren't heeding their admonishment:

Work is trying to get me (and all remote workers) to come in at least some time every week. I've been allowed to work from home by the director of HR, but this is coming from the CEO. I'm being forced to boy mode, come out, or find a new job.
No idea what to do but rage and cry.
