This looks amazing! And the answer is yes, because it’s treated as a proper noun, you both don’t pluralise it and you don’t articles like ‘the’ or ‘an’. That’s why they say things like ‘iPhone is a core part of our everyday lives’

I think although it can look bleak, it’s better that you have a say in the stuff, and can influence it, rather than just having to accept it, or worse, be oblivious to what’s happening. Having these thoughts suggests to me that you’ve got a good conscience, and that you’re designing for the better

As much as I love wearing a t shirt and jeans to work (no ironing, easier to put together, and comfortable!), I feel there's a bit of confidence and distinction from home that comes with dressing up. When I do, my tie is where I'll add a pop of colour ✨ But maybe my styling isn't classic 'banker' 😆

And similarly since you mentioned it, separating out your home devices into ‘trusted’ and ‘untrusted’ is quite important imo. That £5 smart bulb from Amazon should be on the ‘untrusted’ network

actually making sure that your data is actually anonymous. Free, no name VPNs are probably worse than no VPN — you are the product.

Goes back to the old adage of ‘if you’re not paying for the product, you are the product’

And when you’re choosing a VPN, make sure it’s a ‘good’ one - you’re just choosing who has your data instead of your ISP. Hacks on VPN providers still happen, and then your data is even more linked. Proton VPN encrypts data, with keys off-site, or PIA uses RAM only, but both seem to care about

We’ve do around 90% online just because it’s easier to get users to commit to a hour call. Easier on schedules etc. But I will say, recently, I attended one of our client’s conferences and met users in person, and it was just so much better. Real, personal conversations. 100% my preference if poss
