I’m making a wooden wreath for our front door per a request from my wife. 7 species of wood picked by her, plywood backer ring still to be cut. Since I have 336 edges to sand tomorrow, I decided this was a good stopping point today. Pics have alt text details.
7 species of wood, cut into 3 ⅛ “ squares Triangle jig 2.0. First iteration failed because table saw sled build from lower grade plywood before I knew better Triangle jig 1.0z thought I’d be ok with two blocks of osb at 45° angle to the fence. This iteration failed because of crappy plywood base. There was a knot falling apart under the right hand clamp. Success! Jig 2.0 worked and I now have 112 triangle. That means I have 336 edges to sand tomorrow.
