@amylawrence.bsky.social FIFA set the price, FIFA take ALL the money from ticket sales. Nothing to do with the host country.And you couldn’t have dynamic pricing in Qatar as there were literally no fans there to create demand. You could buy tickets for every game a day or 2 before on the FIFA site

Why do you hate that it’s not on tv? 27th is a much easier day for match going fans to get to London/the game. I’m not sure any of this is for the benefit of TV as figures on 26 would be far higher than 27/28.

‘Arsene Wenger had no plan B’ was what everyone said for 20 years. Arteta has multiple plans, 1 of which is set pieces to deal with the low block. If a team wants to play open football, they’ll get dealt with too.

‘Stadium expansion’ has just taken over from ‘safe standing’ from the things that the club will never confirm or deny but will never happen. But ohh the traction it drives in international weeks.
