A package got stolen from my door within 20 mins of it being dropped off.
I submitted a claim to UPS, they said they would refund me.
The ticket said "searching for your package".... sure, standard text.

I haven't been to Habit in years, and I tried using the kiosk for the first time, and it was a mess. It's too easy to accidentally swipe when you mean to tap (it wasn't just me), and the kitchen completely misinterpreted the selected options, lol. At least the manager fixed it.
