Award season: the gendered awards at Oscars etc mean that two female leads can't win Best Female Lead. Only a man and woman can win best leads. So if Wicked wanted to submit Cynthia & Ariana for one, they'd have to go Lead & Support. Doesn't seem fair that two men/women can't both win leads
