Wild bees have been in this hollow stump for at least 5 years and now they are gone. Shortly after new neighbours said they were scared to walk past the 'wasps'. I did tell them they were very docile and were bees, but hey ho. Feels like a depressing analogy for other stuff.

Really delighted to receive this parcel this morning! I've known Grace for a few years now, and her knowledge of strategies to make living with pain easier, without glossing over the realities, seem built on research + experience, and have certainly helped me understand more.
