It's certainly possible, but if that is the case, it doesn't seem to be working well. He seems to be progressively worse to me. I wondered if it was a cardiac MRI because if he has CHF instead of "venous insufficiency" that can be used for monitoring. There are IV drugs for that too. Hard to say.
