Here’s what Season Zero contains:

-The Night Market Event Zone
-First wave of player experience improvements and combat refresh improvements
-Introduction of Tamriel Tomes with the Tome of Dawn and Dusk
-Introduction of the Gold Coast Bazaar

Starting with Season Zero: Dawn and Dusk, all new gameplay content, including new zones, dungeons, storylines, systems, classes, or skill lines, will be free for all base-game players.
Additionally, premium content will mostly include cosmetic items and collectibles.
