For the dough mix flour and greek yogurt, add salt and sugar. Knead the dough for a few minutes until it becomes a perfect ball. Let it rest under a damp towel for an hour or so. 2. Make your filling while the dough rests. I wanted to make them vegetarian so I could share them with friends with whom I play DnD. Mushrooms, garlic, zucchini, bean sprouts, sesame seeds, a lot of seasoning and soy sauce with honey and sesame oil, mix and cook until its not too wet 3. Cut the dough in smaller equal portions, flatten and start assembling the dumpling. You can look up online different ways to close it. 4. To cook them simply steam them or pan fry.
