Oops, I missed this, sorry. I bake at 435 for 35 minutes, then 7 to 10 uncovered (depending on how it looks) Gas oven that may run a little hot. So, essentially the same as you.

I have that same baking pan, it's wonderful! I only bake two at a time - outside forms. I fill the inner with 1/4 cup of water and cover just as I'm putting it in. Gives a great crust! 35 min in, 7-9 more without cover. Just the best!
