We happened to have amazing weather with zero wind. The day before had seen 50mph -- but not much snow.

Yesterday, I ran from Caringorm Mountain outside of Aviemore. Absolutely lovely weather! There's still a few patches of snow in the shadows, but otherwise pretty dry.

Being my parents chaperone definitely makes for a slightly different vacation, but I have been getting some running in.
Ran up and around Arthur's Seat in Edinburgh.
Also, Gorse is pretty from a distance, but those thorns are sharp!

Ran a beast of a 25k today. 3700k ft of gain doesn't quite capture it. A couple climbs were full hands and feet or had ropes. I wanted to race hard, and I'm super happy with 7th overall! Thanks Dirty Turtle!

Went on a 23mi bike ride with my 7yo. Training Peaks was VERY happy with my performance and confirms that I'm actually just a runner.
