The president can veto or support legislation. He can make recommendations to Congress. But he doesn't have the unilateral right to change laws.
Trump has very little respect for the rule of law & our Constitution. He is moving us toward authoritarianism.

You can’t defeat American Christian Fascism by critiquing it. They are in the information bubble already and won’t believe your arguments.
The only way to reach them is to offer something that will demonstrably improve their lives and allow them to get out without having to admit they were wrong.
