I bought one of those nuc 12 enthusiast when they went on sale for $500. A770M is not a great GPU, but it works fine in bazzite as a indie TV set-top box.

Not common, but Brad Shoemaker of Nexlander had the same problem with the same board. It might be how gigabyte does their USB controllers off the PROM21

AM5 has issues with saturated PCIe Lanes. Only 4 go to chipset, so if you are using those for a capture card and all your USB, it is going to have to share. Gigabyte has the worst problems with this.

7900XTs were $730 and below… so I guess we get better ray tracing for the same price now. If 5070 Ti supply/price resolves though, not a lot of reason to buy the 9070 XT. People just need to wait.
