So as the millennial here, I see the wisdom of going without the socks the whole time. Immune system sake. I also remember splinters from wooden floors. Babies do need the stimulation, yes, but too much can make a baby really fussy. A frustrating time, indeed.

If I have a case of the snackies and I need to be getting some sleep, I reach for a yogurt and put some granola in it. The crunch satisfies, the yogurt smooths, and the coolness puts me in the mood to snuggle in bed.
