In the end SCOTUS would have ended the prosecution of Trump no matter where Smith filed the case. SCOTUS sees themselves as the protector of the criminal in chief...

Looks like I stand corrected. This cluster fuck criminal regime managed to shoot one live round across CA I-5 which detonated early that fell on the highway damaging a highway patrol vehicle. Fortunately no one was injured...
