Walking up to the VA hospital ER window and having to say that I am having thoughts of suicide in front of everyone. not super. wish I had written it on a piece of paper. Hopefully there isnt a next time to need to remember that for.

My kids deserve better than I am doing and I have nothing to give but I hate to leave them with just their Mom. My earning potential is all that seems to matter.

My wife came home with her recently widowed friend. I went to park her car and came back to a shouting match that has gone on now for 32 minutes. She is screaming that she doesn't know where to go and all of my AA power is barely holding me back from calling coos or social svcs to help her with that

The NFL product has not been good this year anyway. In recent days I have been considering quitting it altogether. The 49ers have been a part of my identity. 43 years now. But meh. Just part of the capitalist machine. Fuck it.
