For the record, I do 100% believe that bad actors should be called out, it just seems like a lot of people are focusing their attention in all of the wrong directions, tearing each other down over trivial disagreements while completely ignoring all of the real problems

I think the thing that gets me the most is that *most* of the people who end up becoming the subjects of call-out threads have *usually* done very little to nothing wrong, and yet meanwhile those who are openly bigoted, those who commit sexual misconduct, etc are overlooked or given a free pass
