Im Anblick dessen, wie es dort „talentierten“ Kindern ergeht, konnte ich die Frage nicht beantworten. Kinder, die wenig Bildung bekommen, zum Lernen zu motivieren, kann es jedenfalls nicht sein. Kinder, die begabt sind, zu fördern auch nicht. Also.
