The first one was after a 9 month deployment.
There are things I hope I never have to explain to my child. But she will always know compassion.

Well, this is my first post here. So a little about myself:
I've been vegan for 5 years now;
I've dealt with having PTSD, depression and for the last year or so, I've been dealing with my dysmorphia.

And I think overall, I'm the best mentally and physically that I've ever been.
