I would suggest massive strikes, to bring the economy to its knees. The economy is Trump's Achilles Heel--the people who voted for him voted because they believed he would get the price of eggs down. If the economy crashes, they'll turn on him. This has brought down many another dictator.

If people start shooting at ICE agents, it will provoke a bloodbath. Trump reacts impulsively & often in a rage. Better than taking up arms would be to mock him: people turning out in great numbers in frog costumes & Trump-clown-mock-ups would be harmless but effective.
