I would encourage you to get out. I left central Florida 2 years ago when a full booted Nazi was buying groceries and not one person cared. I moved to Chicago and love it here. There are problems everywhere but I haven't seen a Nazi. It is cold in January. I bought a coat. Its fine.

I did. I lived in Florida until the politics went completely nuts. I'm a remote worker. I can live anywhere and choose Illinois because of the leadership of the governor and Sen Duckworth. Chicago is amazing!
