I love Darwin, I really do. I don’t necessarily think he is the type of player who fits into Slots system, not as a starter when everyone is fit.

I think they have been advised to toe the line. The relationship between sky and the PGMOL has become rather unhealthy. Refs are on shows, soccer Saturday and on commentary. No one can have an opinion on a decision as it goes straight to them.

They are part of the football establishment with the PL, PGMOL, Sky and the FA. They are the so called mouthpieces for the common football fan.

It would have to be managed very carefully. People with MND and other degenerative diseases may see this as a way to control how far they are prepared to go with what they have. It’s very complex situation.
