(4/4) -us feel uncomfortable directly asking for help, maybe ashamed that we need it. Some of us were taught to take that shame and pull ourselves up by our bootstraps, no matter how impossible. Yet at the same time, I don't understand how charity is seen as acceptable, while "emergency commissions" are seen as unacceptable. Some of-
