1. Climb up 850 steps.Typically if you have only 1 day in Petra
2. Hike from the "back-way", then down the 850 steps.Typically if you have 2 days in Petra (1st day explore lower city; 2nd day the hike)
It's amazing to think that it was hand carved over 2000 years ago!❤️
