What we find:
➡️Requests at helplines increased significantly by 34% with the first lockdown
➡️Requests at shelters increased by 14% only after the lockdown
👉This means: Women substituted ambulatory care with helpline calls during the lockdown

Based on 57 semi-structured interviews with research staff across hierarchies (data collectors, PhD students, PIs...) and world regions, we identify structural, country, and individual-level challenges leading to ethical failures like insecurity, distress, and exploitation
