You can sign into your regular ANet account in the steam version. Same as it has been. help.guildwars.com/hc/en-us/art...
Q: Will I need to make a new account to log in to the new client? A: If you are a new player, you will be able to make a new account when starting the game. You will have the option to create an account with ArenaNet using your email, or linked to your Steam account. Please note that you can only link a Guild Wars Reforged account to a Guild Wars 2 account on the same platform. If you are a returning player, you will be able to login and continue playing the game with your existing account credentials. All existing Guild Wars accounts made prior to the launch of Guild Wars Reforged are considered ArenaNet accounts. Steam accounts will only become available after December 3rd.
