8/9 is where I imagine 'normal' people to be and what I would aspire to be if I wasn't introverted and socially anxious. If that is 'mild hypomania' I'd take it all the time.

Popular health app. Used to be useful on occasion to export health data. Would be useful now because of HTC's occurring BUT now seems you have to sell your soul to use this function.
