Overall, I feel like the Ally X is the full realization of the Ally promise that I never felt Asus nailed on the first try. The ergonomics, battery life, and fan noise were clearly NOT priority then, but they definitely were on the second.

I had a fantastic time in Medellin in 2018. The whole trip was magical but walking around the nice neighborhood where our friends lived (and taught English to affluent kids) felt even more otherworldly. Don’t ask me why or how but I felt like I was in a cleaner version of a tropical Seattle. 😂
