Political violence, whatever its source, is unacceptable. Reality requires us to acknowledge that the lion's share of this violence comes from the political right. The perpetrators are almost always white, not immigrants or trans people. Numerous documentations (CATO is one of these) exist.

These "Trumped Up" charges against James Comey are, like the Trump presidency itself, a complete sham. This case should be laughed out of court on Day 1. The legitimate prosecutor said the evidence to obtain a guilty verdict, let alone an indictment is not there. Trump's DOJ is entirely corrupt.

A few months ago, I changed my party affiliation from Democrat to Independent (in the same vein as Bernie Sanders and Angus King). I support those who defend the U.S. Constitution and Rule of Law (no MAGA's are among these). Here, Senator Rand Paul is on the right side of history. Kudos, Senator.

The stench of hypocrisy, the display of poor judgment- "Oh, please, we beg you to rescue us - even when we would not do so for others." Are we beginning to see the desire for a federal bailout, using funds from those hated blue states? Socialism? It's what they call anything that helps people.
