He won’t because Smith laid out the prosecution’s case against Trump and any defense given was at best ill-informed and feeble.

The thing about his speech that we shouldn’t forget is that pretty much nobody watched it

The really stupid thing about the republicans calling Smith to testify is that he gets the lay out the prosecution’s case without any defense. You got to love them for it. No wonder this is behind closed doors.

Don’t ask the question if you are not going to like the answer. What did the republicans expect to hear from him?

The same reasoning is why the senate still has the filibuster.

If it’s affordable and comprehensive, they can sell it anywhere the want.

You list two shows that clearly prove me wrong. But here’s a show that I like, Silo, but it’s one of those that’s dragged out way too long. But the streamers need content and we need something to watch.

Seems like most streamed series drag a 150-200 minute script into 10 fifty minute episodes. And we watch. And wonder about another season.

Trump’s a turd, but an amateur. I can think of quite a few greater criminals in history. The kind that are responsible for the deaths of millions.

Maybe this has something to do with Mr. Gates deciding that climate change is not as serious a problem as he once thought it was?

What we need in many parts of this country (for instance most of CA) is shelter deflation so housing becomes affordable for more people, but that’s going to piss off existing homeowners big time. That’s a big unspoken reason local communities oppose increased housing density.

A victory in the war on illegal legal weed. I’ll bet the $57M was based on a retail per joint price.

Sorry Governor. I agree with the YIMBYs. We should be allowing duplexes and split lots in the Palisades as part of the rebuilding process. It only results in slightly higher density and gives property owners more options as they the rebuild. We need more housing in our state.

Since we can be fairly certain that Trump’s not going to replace her with a democrat, either Youngkin or Chaffetz would be an improvement.

Before that all happens, customer facing Agentic AI has to be capable of raising customer satisfaction, not lowering it.

Why pay for what you can wait and get for free?
December 9, 2025 at 6:36 PM
So ChatGPT replaces the “What to Expect…” books? Only using slightly more electrical power. Now there’s a use case that substantiates Trillions of $ of market cap.

There are so many smart, hardworking young adults in this country who want to be doctors, but are unable to find a spot in a US medical school. We need to train more so we don’t need to import them. Is the AMA the bottleneck? Relying on the doctor’s union to accredit medical schools is a problem.
