I'm on a new build housing estate of detatched and semi detatched. Every household here pays £110 a year or so for the estate management team to do some gardening on the common green areas.

I've found if you go first thing, as soon as it opens, its fairly open.
But by around lunchtime, it's packed, especially round the back of the lady chapel where Liz I and Mary QoS are.
