This is 500th on the list of urgent things, but let’s not glamorize tomorrow’s speech by calling it a State of the Union. It’s a speech to a joint session of Congress. Newly-inaugurated people don’t deliver SOTUs in year one.

I like McDonough and Ferraro, but they’re booting this Matthew Tkachuk story. First they missed the trainer obviously working on him twice earlier this period, something clearly caught on camera. Now they’re wondering why he’s still on the bench? 1/2 #4nations #4nationsfaceoff.

Using the tragic plane collision over the Potomac that cost 67 human souls as an occasion to slam DEI hiring was obscene. There’s zero evidence at this point that an underqualified air traffic controller or pilot had any role in this crash.
