RIP David Stratton. 😭 Such a nice man. Here he is at the 2007 Brisbane International Film Festival receiving the Chauvel Award for film. I was lucky to get to hang out with him and Margaret Pomeranz for a few days every year I was photographer for BIFF.

2022 the North Coast of NSW had a 1 in 1,000 year flood. Texas and others. It's almost like the scientists were right about climate change and increased extreme events like this. My place isn't supposed to flood. Photo taken on the 28th February 2022. Still recovering.

I was impacted by the 2022 Lismore floods and sincerely believed Labor would act on climate change. You can't act on climate change and approve large scale fossil fuel projects. No more Great Barrier Reef. No more forests. No more food. #auspol

Modern Australia voted for action on climate change. Your government starts by approving the extension of Woodsides climate killing gas mining with fugitive emissions reported to be worse than coal. I don't believe Labor is fair dinkum on climate action any longer. #auspol

Thanks Mr. Dog. Did you know the coastal emu is part of an endangered population with less than 50 birds left? They've been active on my property post 2022 floods but I haven't seen them for awhile. 😢 Thanks for thinking of our threatened species.
