2 years ago, I was at Anime Pasadena when I received a call from a friend informing me that Jason David Frank had passed away. I learned the news before it was made public, and I was left speechless and in disbelief.

I watched Kaiju No. 8 as it aired, and when season 1 ended, I was craving more, so I picked up the manga. I just finished volume 6 and now I’m officially ahead of the anime - this feels strange.

I have a folder on an external hard drive I use for work called “current projects” that hasn’t been updated since 2015.
It’s not that I haven’t had any projects since then, I just haven’t gotten around to updating the folder.
