Refs won the game for Houston. Everything about the way this game was officiated was terrible, but giving the Texans that missed Extra PT made it a 4 point game. Then on the Colts final drive they missed two facemasks on HOU and Colts had to go for it on 4th and 9 rather than tying with a field goal
