Wanted to rewatch a few scenes from Challengers the other night and I got EIGHT 😭

Pretty good especially since I saw Anora last night

My first Sean Baker film but I walked out of the theater devastated despite it also being the funniest film I’d seen all year. A really powerful multifaceted dissection of power dynamics and I’m just fascinated how Baker found a balance between all these layers

Genuinely makes me upset how much potential was wasted

Could not go, going tomorrow instead 😕
