Sometimes as a parent of a kid in sports, you're happy when they do well doing the sports thing. Make the goal, hit the ball, score the points. All good things.
But.
I'm personally happiest when my kids are genuinely enjoying sports like the giant goofballs they are.

It's shedding season (happens twice a year) but it's hard to be upset about all the fuzz tumbleweeds because they're kinda cute
Loud, attention-seeking, and overly dramatic (even as far as huskies go), but kinda cute

My husky not getting her way today
Jonathan scored 4 goals in soccer and caught a touchdown in football today. Crazy busy - 4 games between 9am and 4pm. Was literally curled in a ball in my football equipment bag by the end of the last game. Proud of his effort today!
