Penalties are not severe enough. Also needs a provision to escalate and expand penalties for repeated violations. Eliminate the executive privilege exemption.

It will be a long road to repair, some things cannot be repaired. The first step is to arrest, prosecute and imprison ALL who have tried to destroy this country. Next is to restructure government power and strengthen checks and balances then enact laws to ensure this never happens again.
