Anyone explain what’s going on here? Usually cheap record, not great condition, huge price in multiple territories from same dealer, whose prices are usually okay. Is the scarcity algorithm going nuts or is this something else?

I keep coming back to this delightful slice of Danish prog from 1970 by Day Of Phoenix, produced by our own Tony Reeves. Lyrics are a bit rum but the playing is astonishing.
