When we find that these men were told about a hearing a couple of hours on advance, Alito is going to argue that the government met their due process burden.

I will fucking lose my mind if this is what is happening, but this is one reason why SCOTUS’s 5-4 opinion was shit.

The son of a bitch just voted a couple of days ago that these prople should be given due process. Now he’s ok with Trump just flying more out of the country.
