Assassin's Creed Shadows being my second most played game this year is an absolute travesty 😂 the longer I let that game sink in, the more I don't like it.
My Summer of Mass Effect was brilliant though. Fantastic games, and so glad I've finally played that trilogy.

Saw the #AvatarFireandAsh trailer in the cinema the other night and looking at the design of the new villain... nice to see Crimson Fire and the Yaaxil from Shadow of the #TombRaider are still going strong.

Finished #LostRecordsBloomandRage today and ended up liking it a lot! Tape 1 is verrryyyy slow but it captures that vibe of Summer as a 16-year-old really well. Then Tape 2 is where it kicks off and really hooked me in. Ending was very cool and I was properly invested in the choices I was making.

Well, 109 hours later, my Summer of #MassEffect ended the other day.
I always knew the ending to ME3 would be bad because it's infamous, and yeah... weird. But the journey to get there across the three games was brilliant. Absolutely some of the best games I've ever played

This DLC in #MassEffect 3 is making me all warm and fuzzy inside. Amazing how attached you get to your crew, I'd die for them all. And Shepard dancing is the funniest thing in the galaxy.

I really like seeing random #booksky posts so gonna start joining in when I finish a book.
Metro 2033 is slow, dark, but had me so engrossed. It's a dense read and took me a while but I liked it a lot. Want to read the sequels but need a break first as it was a heavy read.

OK shame on me but I've never played #MassEffect before. Finished the first one today and... yeah I get it. So good! Story has me hooked.

Here's a random weird, wholesome thing my hometown does:
Every year they do a town-wide #Pokemon hunt with knitted Pokemon placed on post boxes. If you find them all you get a knitted Poke ball as a prize.
Only got these three so far though.

Review scores are by no means the be all and end all, but this and some of the stuff I've seen on YouTube from people who've had early access is really encouraging. I'm excited.

Finished off a 100% completion run of Spider-Man 2 tonight.
I don't really like any of the characters, I don't care for Marvel at all, but my God these are good games 😂 done a 100% run of all three recent Insomniac Spider-Man games. They simply don't miss.

Finished #LifeIsStrange #DoubleExposure recently and this one didn't really hit home with me 😐
I thought the first three chapters were GREAT as a who-dunnit type mystery with using Max's powers to find clues, but the final two chapters were a bit of a letdown (I found Safi really unlikeable)

Finished #XCOMEnemyWithin tonight and.. omg this is my favourite new game I've played this year (as in new to me, never played any XCOM before). I've been absolutely obsessed, thinking about it constantly for two weeks

Finished #XCOMEnemyWithin tonight and.. omg this is my favourite new game I've played this year (as in new to me, never played any XCOM before). I've been absolutely obsessed, thinking about it constantly for two weeks

Just finished #DinoCrisis for the first time ever. For a game made in 1998 this holds up so well! Had such a good time with it. Remake this Capcom you cowards.

It's simply impossible for me to like something and not buy merch for it, so I've now got my own Pelops II on my desk who's gonna help me with emails and stuff. Literally the best dog.
