I went to the Draw the Line protest in Toronto today. I was there to voice my opposition to several things Mark Carney has done since getting into office, including his capitulations to Trump, his arming of Israel, the Strong Borders Act, and his rollback on climate action.

I had the chance to sit down and speak with @maritstilesndp.bsky.social. I thanked her for standing strong in opposition to Bill 5, and I expressed my concerns about how Doug Ford is weakening our democracy. She listened carefully and was incredibly friendly. I even got a photo with her!

I've never been to a sports festival before, but I decided to stop by Jackalope for a few hours. I ended up having a great time! I got to see vert and street skateboarders, breakdancers, and BASE jumpers.

I went to Vaughan for the Canada Day celebration. It was a lot of fun, especially getting to see Keisza and Jaylen, and then getting a photo with them.

Here are some photos from the No Tyrants protest in Toronto. It was a great time, with a big turnout. I was proud to stand with fellow Canadians, as well as pro-democracy Americans who are fed up with the evil MAGA agenda.

I just got back from seeing @zeteo.com live. The show was fantastic! Independent, pro-democracy news voices are so important, especially right now, and Mehdi is one of the best. These are dark times we’re living in, but every panelist gave a message of hope and said to keep fighting. I know I will.

I had an excellent time at the US Consulate protest. Canadians are pissed and more united than I've seen in a while. I was proud to stand up for my country and our sovereignty. Also, I got to meet @charlieangus104.bsky.social

I watched the results roll in at the NDP watch party. It was certainly disappointing, but I'm not giving up. I will continue to speak up and oppose any of Doug Ford's shenanigans, and I know Marit will too. Thank you to everyone who came out to vote against Ford.

I just got back home after attending the NDP rally in Toronto. The energy and excitement were contagious. Doug Ford has to go, and Marit is definitely the right person to replace him!

I went to see Sum 41 last night. The show kicked ass! It was a ton of fun. It's a shame that they are ending, but I'm glad I got to see them before they're gone.
