My priority here is clear: I want no voter confusion. The BOE shouldn’t want that either. Neither should any candidate. I hope each candidate will confirm his support for this application.

There is no law or regulation limiting a candidate’s constitutional right to have his name removed. Nor would any such limitation survive judicial scrutiny.

My Zero Tolerance for Rape policy will prioritize prevention and interruption alongside post-crime prosecution and victim support.
