My point is that a future Supreme Court or Congress can overturn presidential immunity. Laws and even Constitutional amendments have been changed in the past. The 21st Amendment repealed Prohibition, which was the 18th Amendment to the Constitution. Trump's immunity is not guaranteed.

What has been given can be taken away! Roe v. Wade stood as law for over 50 years. One day, "poof," it was gone.

Presidential Immunity is not set in stone; it is a Supreme Court ruling that can be overturned by a future Supreme Court or by an act of Congress, which would prohibit anyone from being above the law as it should be!

Don't give up, I'm a combat vet , I feel that there are plenty of officers and enlisted service personnel that will fight to preserve the constitution and uphold their oath. I know I can't be the only one.
